We use a multi-step process to get to know you and your business, your industry, and what you should be doing to achieve your goals.

Once we understand what makes you tick, and why your current customers love what you’re selling, we take a bigger look at your industry and competitors, along with what’s currently working in the digital space.

All this information and research then helps us identify what you should be doing in the online and digital space to grow your business.

Plan

After we’ve gotten to know your business, and have clearly discovered your next steps, it’s time to figure out the game plan.

Our planning phase allows us to get clear on what needs to be done, how, and in what time frame, and budget. 

This phase also gives us the opportunity to leverage your existing team for their strengths, so then we can come in and fill the gaps for the best results.

Create

With the game plan made, and the deadlines set, it’s then time to create the assets, build the funnels, and prepare the team for sales. 

This phase is where you as the business owner can step back and let us get the work done. 

This phase is also where we start to plug into your business and work with what you have. This allows us to work out the kinks, and build systems that work with your business in practice and not just in theory.

Implement 

This is where all the research and hard work come together and move you forward. Landing pages and ads go live, websites launch, and content starts getting published. 

This is also the easiest part of the whole process.

By this phase the desired results are clear, what needs to happen has already been decided, and all that’s left is to do the work to make it live.

Measure

Theory and practice are always two different things, and that’s where this phase comes into play.

Once everything is live, and the goals are clear it’s time to sit back and see how it all works together.

Collecting data, talking to customers and turning this all into information that tells us what’s working and what’s not is the key to this whole process working. 

Optimize 

Once the groundwork has been set and systems are in place to see how your audience is responding, it’s then time to tweak. 

Optimization is an ongoing process of experimentation that walks through the Plan, Create, Implement, and Measure phases over and over again. 

This is where the magic happens, and where the results really come from.
